About this photo

Black Basalt pavers form the dark floor beneath this covered outdoor kitchen and seating area. The rectangular paving contrasts with pale countertops, gray kitchen faces and white structural beams, while a warm wood ceiling ties the sheltered space together.

A long bar faces the pool, with lounge seating arranged alongside it. At the right, illuminated steps beside a raised planter connect the covered patio to the higher deck.
