This luxury outdoor living project in McLean, Virginia, completed by Pristine Acres, brings together a refined mix of porcelain and natural stone to create a modern, highly coordinated exterior environment. The design is centered around a large elevated pool and a series of connected outdoor spaces, including broad terraces, an outdoor kitchen and bar, a covered pavilion, a fire-pit lounge, landscaped transitions, and multiple stair and wall conditions.

The main hardscape is defined by Nexus White Matte porcelain pavers, which create the bright, clean foundation seen throughout the pool deck and surrounding terraces. Their large-format appearance reinforces the contemporary architecture of the residence and keeps the overall design feeling open, minimal, and highly structured.
