Tundra Grey Marble Pool Deck & Bluestone Coping – McLean, VA

This luxury residential landscape in McLean, Virginia features STONELUX Tundra Grey Sandblasted Marble throughout the pool deck, terraces, walkways and outdoor living areas.

The primary paving material is Tundra Grey Marble in French Pattern, creating a naturally varied surface around the swimming pool and across the main hardscape areas. The soft silver-grey coloration of the marble complements the home's white brick exterior, surrounding landscaping and darker stone accents.

One of the project's most distinctive features is the use of 24" × 24" Tundra Grey Marble pavers installed with grass joints. The large-format marble squares create a geometric grid between the house and pool, blending natural stone hardscape with turf and landscaping.

The swimming pool and raised spa are framed with bluestone coping, providing a darker contrast against the lighter Tundra Grey Marble. Bluestone is also used for borders, wall caps and steps throughout the landscape, helping define changes in elevation and architectural transitions.

A raised natural-stone wall runs alongside the pool and incorporates multiple water features, while a raised spa anchors one end of the swimming area. Wide illuminated steps connect the pool deck with the upper landscape, where large natural boulders and planting beds create a more organic transition into the garden.

The property also includes a pergola, outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen, covered entertaining areas, garden pathways and a stone entry arch.
