Modern Oasis at Grenata Preserve - Silver Travertine Premium

This project by Kane Landscapes redefines outdoor living through a thoughtful blend of timeless materials, modern architecture, and resort-style functionality. Designed as a seamless extension of the home, the space combines expansive STONELUX Silver Travertine with contemporary porcelain pavers to create a refined yet highly livable environment built for both entertaining and everyday family life.

The design centers around a fully integrated backyard experience featuring a custom pool and spa, elevated fire lounge, covered outdoor living pavilion, outdoor kitchen, multiple gathering areas, and carefully layered landscape elements that soften the clean architectural lines of the property. The combination of natural stone textures, warm lighting, black structural accents, and water features creates a balanced atmosphere that feels both luxurious and inviting.

A key feature of the project is the intentional flow between spaces. Large-format porcelain surfaces connect the covered patio and entertainment areas, while the Silver Travertine introduces warmth, movement, and natural elegance throughout the poolscape. Every element — from the raised spa deck and fire feature to the open lawn views and structured planting beds — was designed to feel visually connected while remaining highly functional for family use and entertaining.

The covered pavilion functions as a true outdoor living room, complete with integrated heating, dining, lounge seating, kitchen amenities, and fireplace, allowing the space to be enjoyed comfortably across multiple seasons.
